Perth Paddle Camp 2027
Booking & Cancellation Terms

Camp dates: 8–14 February 2027 | Perth, Western Australia

Deposit & Confirmation

A $500 deposit per paddler is required to secure your place. The deposit forms part of your total camp price and will be deducted from your final balance.

The camp is subject to minimum participant numbers. Paddle Fit Perth will confirm that the camp is proceeding by 20 December 2026.

If Paddle Fit Perth cancels the camp because minimum numbers are not reached, your $500 deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your booking, the $500 deposit is non-refundable, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due by 8 January 2027.

If the final balance has not been received by this date, Paddle Fit Perth reserves the right to release your place unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

If You Need to Cancel

If you cancel before 8 January 2027, any amount paid above the $500 deposit will be refunded. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 8–21 January 2027, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid above the $500 deposit.

For cancellations from 22 January 2027, payments are non-refundable, as accommodation, equipment and other camp arrangements will have been committed.

Where possible, you may nominate another suitable paddler to take your place. Any transfer must be approved by Paddle Fit Perth and may be subject to availability or costs already incurred.

Nothing in this cancellation policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements depend on the package selected and participant numbers.

Twin-share participants may be matched with another camp participant. Couple, studio, 1-bedroom and private-room arrangements are subject to availability.

Where accommodation preferences cannot be met, Paddle Fit Perth will contact you before making alternative arrangements.

Surfski Hire

Surfski hire is included where specified in your package.

Participants bringing their own ski receive the advertised $500 reduction from the applicable paddler package.

Equipment availability and suitable ski selection may depend on the paddler’s size, experience and requirements.

Weather & Paddling Program

Surfski paddling and downwind sessions are weather dependent.

The week’s program, paddling locations and session structure may be changed to suit wind, weather, ocean conditions and participant safety.

A change to the planned paddling location or daily program due to conditions does not constitute cancellation of the camp.

Participant Ability & Safety

The camp is designed for intermediate to advanced surfski paddlers.

Participants are responsible for accurately representing their paddling ability and following coaching and safety instructions during the camp.

Paddle Fit Perth may modify a participant’s activities where necessary for safety.

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Perth and any other expenses not specifically included in their package.

Paddle Fit Perth strongly recommends appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, illness or injury, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes or Cancellation by Paddle Fit Perth

If circumstances outside Paddle Fit Perth’s reasonable control require changes to accommodation, transport, paddling locations or the program, reasonable alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

If Paddle Fit Perth cancels the entire camp, participants will be advised of the refund or other options available, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
